Al Ghurair Collection
Wedyan | Cinematic Brand Film
KNOW Creative was commissioned to produce a cinematic brand film to mark the launch of an extraordinary new development by Al Ghurair Collection, designed by internationally renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma in collaboration with Sultan Al Ghurair.
Positioned within the ultra-premium segment of the market, the project represents a new benchmark for architectural ambition and cultural depth in the region. The film was created to introduce the development to a global audience of high-net-worth investors and to serve as the centrepiece of an immersive sales experience.

The Challenge
Wedyan is not a conventional real estate project. It is a meeting point between architectural philosophy, cultural narrative, and visionary development.
Communicating this required more than a traditional property film. The challenge was to create a cinematic piece that could capture the spirit behind the collaboration, while translating complex architectural thinking into an emotional story that audiences could immediately connect with.
Our Approach
KNOW Creative developed the film as a cinematic narrative rather than a promotional asset.
The concept explored the intersection of nature, culture, and architectural philosophy, reflecting the design principles that define Kengo Kuma’s work.
Our team led the entire creative process end-to-end, including:
• Concept development and narrative design
• Scriptwriting and storyboarding
• Creative direction and production planning
• Filming across five locations in Tokyo and Dubai
• Direction and post-production
The production combined intimate documentary-style moments with highly stylised cinematic visuals, creating a film that feels both contemplative and aspirational.
The Outcome
The resulting film will act as the hero content piece for the Wedyan launch, anchoring the project’s storytelling across multiple platforms.
It features prominently within the exclusive sales experience centre, while also being released across digital and social channels to position the development as a cultural and architectural icon.
More than a promotional film, the project demonstrates how thoughtful storytelling can elevate real estate communication into something far more enduring.
