‘Your Journey’ is Dubai Airports new approach to career management, designed to help staff get where they want to go within the company.
Empowering staff to shape their own careers, we created a simple visual narrative of customisable blocks and a blank canvas.
This clean-cut look and feel, easily aligned with the brand yet created a distinct platform from which to communicate the message programme succinctly, distinguishing itself from existing corporate noise to allow individuals to focus on themselves and their career development plans.
A logo animation was developed to bookend all screen based communications, from which we could bring to life a world which could be bespoke and tailored to every individuals own career map.

We created an awareness campaign, leading with a high end film asset, explaining to staff how careers mapping worked, how their performance and be reviewed and now the onus was on the individual to build their own careers using this new platform.
Dynamic room-sets were designed to shape our abstract corporate world for film and photography. The sets were purposefully reminiscent of desks and office spaces with the use of props, whilst their true meaning highlighted a sense of individualism and bespoke uniqueness (their career) engineered by each character. Their ranging height and complexities would be perceived as experience and ranging attributes.

Using the modular the sets we created a photography library to support the comms platform. Using the boxes as abstracts depicting a place of work.
We designed the full site for their internal Sharepoint servers.
Re-writing the content and populating the site with rich imagery from both the studio set and a commissioned photoshoot that complimented the overall design aesthetic.
Guidebooks were created where online digital application couldn’t always reach.
